Connecting MixStir® to the Sudzameleon® Arch

Connecting MixStir® to Bayonet Nozzles
3) Locate the 15’ of 3/8” poly-flow black airlines supplied with the Sudzameleon® and cut six
hoses to the lengths specified below.

Note: Two of the 3/8” poly-flow airlines are longer in length; use these to connect the outermost
angled nozzles on the driver and passenger sides to their closest straight nozzle.

3/8” Poly-Flow Airlines:
two 29” in length
two 19” in length
two 16” in length

4) Connect the Bayonet Nozzles together and to the Main Chemical Feedline using the 3/8” poly-
flow lines as follows:
 Use two 29” polylines to connect Nozzle 1 to Nozzle 2 and Nozzle 5 to Nozzle 6.
 Use two 19” polylines to connect Nozzle 2 to Nozzle 3 and Nozzle 4 to Nozzle 5.

 Use two 16” polylines to connect Nozzle 3 to the Main Feed and Nozzle 4 to the Main Feed.
