Electrical Connections: Leg Assembly & Foam Bullet® LEDs
The Sudzameleon® includes RGB LED-illuminated Side Spray Manifolds and a pair of CTA Foam
Bullets® each with translucent plastic covers. When the Sudzameleon® Arch was assembled the LED
cables for the Leg Assemblies and the Foam Bullets® were routed through the Air Plenum to the cord
grips on the Utility Panel. The quick connectors for these LEDs cables should be extending out through
the cord grips and accessible to be connected to the Main Power Cables.
1) Locate the four (4) supplied 25’ 24VDC 4 Pin Power Cables for the Leg Assembly and Foam
Bullet® LEDs.

Note: Two of the Power Cables are to be connected to the
Leg Assembly LED cables and two are to be
connected to the Foam Bullet® LED Cables.

2) Apply a small amount of dielectric grease on the socket side of the connection. Align the passenger
side Leg Assembly and Foam Bullet® quick connectors with the Power Cable connectors, as
shown in the image below. Repeat this step for the driver side LED cables.

Helpful Hint

The LED Power Cable for the Foam Bullets® has
extra length for easier installation and positioning.
After the Foam Bullets® have been installed and
their desired position has been determined the
cable can be zip tied to the Leg Manifold to prevent
it from dragging on the tunnel floor.
