Connecting MixStir® to the Sudzameleon® Arch

Connecting MixStir® to Leg Assembly Manifolds

1) Replace the ¼” elbow fitting on the Regulator of the MixStir® with the supplied ½” elbow fitting.
Connect Line for MixStir® Air Pump Panel
Compressed Air 2) Run the Compressed Airline Feed from
the Pneumatic Regulator on the MixStir® out to
the Utility Plate on the Sudzameleon®.
3) Run the Chemical Solution Airline Feed from
the Pump on the MixStir® out to the Utility
Supplied ½” Elbow Plate.
Fitting to replace
current fitting 4) Turn on the MixStir® to verify that the chemical
is getting out to the bay and to flush out any
unwanted debris that may be in the line.
Pneumatic
Regulator 5) The MixStir® will be connected to the Leg
Pump Assembly Manifolds through the fittings on the
Utility Plate on the Air Plenum.
6) Connect the Chemical Solution Feedline to the
top left fitting on the Utility Plate Fitting and
connect the Compressed Air Line to the top
right fitting on the Utility Plate, refer to the
image below.

7) Turn on the MixStir®, make sure that the solution is spraying out of all six Nozzles properly.
