Torque Plate and Electric Motor Replacement
Remove Motor Gearbox Assembly
6) Disconnect the wiring leads and remove the electric feed.

Note: Wires are located behind the terminal strip and will need to be pulled back out through the
plastic fitting at the bottom of the Junction Box.
Note: The plastic fitting at the bottom of the Junction Box will need to be loosened or removed to
pull the wiring down through the base of the Cover if equipped.

Note: The Terminal Block may need to be removed from the side of the Motor for additional
access. Use a Phillips screwdriver.

7) Disconnect the LED wire lead from the Slip Ring.

Step 7:
Disconnect the Slip Ring
from the LED Lead.

8) Remove the Retainer Disk fasteners from the top of the Slip Ring.
Step 8:
Remove the fasteners
from the Retainer Disk.
