Torque Plate and Electric Motor Replacement

Remove Motor Gearbox Assembly
9) Loosen the fasteners that secure the Slip Ring to the Slip Ring Shaft.

Step 9:
Loosen the four (4)
setscrews that secure the
Slip Ring to the Slip Ring
Shaft.

10) Remove the Slip Ring from the Motor Assembly by removing the Shoulder Bolt from the
Torque Mount and sliding the Slip Ring off of the Slip Ring Shaft.
Torque Mount

Shoulder Bolt:
5/16” X 3/4"
Nut: 1/4”-20

11) Unthread the Slip Ring Shaft from the Drive Shaft.

Step 10:
Remove shoulder bolt and
slide the Slip Ring off of the
Slip Ring Shaft.

Step 11:
Unthread the Slip Ring
Shaft from the Drive Shaft.
