Installation

Mounting the Motor/Gearbox Assembly

Style #2 (50Hz Systems) Mounting Instructions

1) Remove the two motor/gearbox assemblies from the skid.

2) Determine the driver side motor/gearbox assembly from the passenger side motor/gearbox
assembly using the image below.

Passenger Side Drive Side

3) Locate one of the steel keys, four of the 3/8-16 x 1-1/2” fasteners, and four of the 3/8-16 nylock
nuts.
4) Starting with the driver side, apply anti-seize to the entire portion of the shaft and key that will be
inserted into the gearbox.
5) Lower the driver side motor/gearbox assembly all the way down the driver side shaft until it is sitting
on the mount plate. Secure it into place using the previously stated fasteners and nuts as shown
below.
