Installation
Mounting the Motor/Gearbox Assembly
Style #1 (60Hz Systems) Mounting Instructions
4) Starting with the driver side, place the key into the slot on the upper shaft as shown below.
5) Apply anti-seize to the entire portion of the shaft and key that will be inserted into the gearbox.
6) Line up the holes on the gearbox torque plate with the torques studs that are mounted to the arm
and insert the motor/gearbox/cover assembly all the way down the shaft as shown below.
7) Place the flat washers on top of the rubber grommets and then insert a retainer into each torque
stud as shown below.
Do not install the white plastic cover until all electrical connections are made.
8) Repeat the above steps on the passenger side.
