Inside the Pods

Replacement of a Cylinder

Exit cylinders
The Exit Cylinders are single cylinder that utilizes the air over oil bottle assembly.

1) Turn off the main air and the main water supply.
Note: Take a note of the color airline to each fitting, airline routing and Reid switch wiring.
Note: A picture using your phone could be very helpful here.

2) Remove all the lines from ONLY THE PNEUMATIC END and the wire run to the Reid switch. See
the images below. DRIVER SIDE POD Reid Switch
