                       Chapter 3 General Repairs


                       How to Disassemble the Top Wheel for Repairs


                          Disassembly
                          2)  Loosen 2 of the 3 bolts on the boom mount disk and rotate the disk out of the plane that is
                              directly above the front cover. See the image above.
                          3)  Remove the sonar mount bracket and set it inside the c channel on top of the machine. See
                              the image below.

                          4)  Shut off the main air supply and main water supply.

                          Note:  The top wheel should drop down at this time.
                          5)  Loosen all 4 bolts on the angled brackets behind the front cover that holds the rain arch in
                              place.
                                Remove only the bolt on the Exit side of the bracket as shown in the image below.
                          Note:  Do not remove the angled brackets or the side plates to spring in and you will not be able to put
                                 this brackets back onto the machine.

                                Rotate the rain arch assembly toward the exit side of the machine 90 degrees. See the
                                 arrow in the image above.
                          Note:  The rain arch will be resting on the 2 remaining bolts in the angled brackets.
