The 43-3/4” dimension is
taken from the inside of the
43-3/4” conveyor guide rail to the
outer edge of base plate.
Before you begin the assembly of the AirBlade® Express 180 frame, keep in mind that the head beam
assembly with the housings angled 10° is on the entrance side of the bay and that the flat portions are
facing towards the entrance also. The middle and end head beam assemblies (not angled) will have the
flat portions of the housings facing towards the exit of the bay.
