My life’s breath is the same;
My blood flows still warm,
With thy touch of silky charm!
When I see a rose I think,
Of thy cheeks blushing all pink;
My mind meets in moon
Thy face lit up soon
With rays of light that shine
From thy eyes so divine.
Thy locks of hair in curls
The lips half hiding beads of pearls.
Thy peals of laughter to hear I long,
Like tingling bellstelling a song,
Thy soft breath do I feel
Still warm for my pangs to heal.
Mussorie landscape
When I stood near the library window
Breathing the balmy breeze blow,
My eyes wandered from end to end
And happy thoughts did the scene lend.
