Penalties
An employee is provided a grace period of fifteen (15) minutes of their scheduled duty timings. Failure to
record biometric on the scheduled duty or after the grace period, the system will count the late minutes
from the beginning of the shift.
(1) Failure to adhere with the schedules assigned, the rules below will be applied:
An employee who clocks in after the grace period, twice a month, management, might take
case to case basis, before taking any further disciplinary action.
An initial occurrence of late per month will incur a verbal notice.
All late must be communicated with the Direct Manager before the start of duty timings.
Early departure of ten (10) minutes will be considered as half-day leave.
If the employee does not have sufficient leave credits, the occurrences of late will be
considered as a deduction.
