               EMPLOYMENT RELATED POLICIES





               Alcoholic Beverage and Illegal Drugs

               In  National  Paints  the  possession,  consumption  or  sale  of  alcoholic  beverages  and  drugs  in  company  grounds,
               including the accommodations, are prohibited. The company does not tolerate the presence of illegal drugs or the
               illegal use of legal drugs in our workplace. The use, possession, distribution, or sale of controlled substances such as
               drugs or alcohol, or being under the influence of such controlled substances is strictly prohibited while on duty, while
               on the company’s premises or worksites, or while operating the company’s equipment or vehicles. The use of illegal
               drugs as well as the illegal use of legal drugs is a threat to us all because it promotes problems with safety, customer
               service, productivity, and our ability to survive and prosper as a business. If you need to take a prescription drug that
               affects your ability to perform your job duties, you are required to discuss possible adjustments with your supervisor.

               Violation of this policy will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.


               In addition, employees found and proven to be under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol will be immediately
               dismissed.



               Smoking
               National Paints has a non-smoking policy. Smoking is not permitted inside National Paints’ premises or in offices at
               any time except in designated smoking areas or in rooms where management has approved to smoke. During holy
               month of Ramadan smoking should be prohibited.

                      Smokers who need to take breaks should do so in the allotted breaks/lunch time.
                      Excessive smoking breaks should be regarded as absenteeism and performance improvement action may be
                       taken.


               Personal Property

               Facilities are provided to employees to ensure the safekeeping of personal property. The company does not accept any
               responsibility on lost property. However stolen properties should be immediately reported to management. There will
               be no reimbursements for lost or stolen items.

               Company Property

               Employees are expected to properly maintain Company provided facilities and equipments. As such, equipments that
               require a certain degree of skill, training or knowledge to be used can only be handled by authorized personnel.
               Furthermore, falsification of office records is illegal and will be treated with the appropriate disciplinary measures.

               Restricted areas can only be accessed by authorized employees. However, unauthorized employees may be granted
               access if they are provided a written form of approval that has been signed by the management.

               Any  form of loss, damage or theft of  company property, facilities and equipment  will be subject to disciplinary
               measures by the management.
