B. Members shall conduct themselves during all activities associated with
Jack and Jill according to the National and Regional Jack and Jill code of
Ethics.
C. Members shall be required to submit a signed copy of the National Jack and
Jill code of ethics document at the beginning of each calendar year. These
forms shall be overseen by the chapter vice president.

Section 7. Penalties
A. Active members who are delinquent in payment of dues and assessments
shall be fined $100.00 and given thirty (30) days grace before being expelled from
membership.
B. Any member(s) who is reinstated to membership shall defray the cost of submitting
delinquent/amended financial reports to the national office.
C. A member who accumulates three (3) or more unexcused absences during
a program year, September through May, will relinquish her right to sponsor or vote
for new members and to vote on chapter business.
D. Any member who fails to sponsor an activity for each group in which she
has a child shall be fined $150.00 to be paid for each grouping which the member
fails to sponsor an activity. The member shall be notified via certified mail return
receipt requested, of the fine and shall be given thirty (30) days after receiving
notice to submit payment. If payment is not received within thirty (30) days the
member will relinquish her right to sponsor or vote for new members during the
current fiscal year.
