OFFICERS
Section 1. Officers
A. Elected Officers:
President
Vice President
Program Director
Recording Secretary
Corresponding Secretary
Treasurer
Editor
Financial Secretary
Historian
B. Appointed Officers:
Parliamentarian
Foundation Chair
Sergeant-at-Arms
Chaplain
Protocol Chair
C. Term of Office
1. Officers shall be elected by a two-thirds (2/3) majority vote of the
members present and voting and shall serve for a term of two (2)
years or until their successors are elected. As per National guidelines
officers and chairs shall serve no more than two (2) terms in
succession.

2. Elections shall be held no later than April 30 and officers will be
installed in May. The elections will be held by secret ballot.

sent to the National Corresponding Secretary no later than June 15 .
Section 2. Eligibility of Officers
A. An Officer shall maintain a membership in good standing status during complete
tenure of office.
B. The candidate for President, Vice President and Program Director must have
attended at least one previous Regional Conference, one Teen Conference and one
Cluster/Work Day or a National Convention, in the last six (6) years.
C. Other elected officers of this chapter must have attended at least one Teen
Conference or one Mother’s Conference or Cluster/Work Day in the past two years.
D. Campaigning procedures and guidelines for officer elections shall be followed as
established in the organization’s campaign guidelines. These guidelines must
remain consistent with the National governing documents.
