Shipment of silk products
David: Did you remember to bring the samples and the Silk Jacquard swatches, SJS-2345, Mr.
Kim?
Kim: Oh, no! I brought the samples, but I forgot all about the Silk Jacquard swatches, SJS-2345.
It has been so rushed at the factory these days. I’m so sorry about this oversight. I even wrote a
note to remind myself about it. Don’t worry though, I’ll find a way to have it brought here.
David: Please be sure to get me at least one Silk Jacquard swatch, SJS-2345 before I leave for
Korea next Monday. I have to bring it with me this time, you know? Will you promise to pull
through for me? I am counting on you. We need to bring samples and show them to our clients.
Our deal and possible shipment of products depends on this.
Kim: I’ll make sure that I get the sample to you first thing in the morning. Is that ok, David? I won’t
forget this time.
David: If you could, I would greatly appreciate it. We need these samples in advance and we want
to prepare them ahead of time because you know that we employ a meticulous way of packag-
ing our products. This takes time and long preparation. I hope you understand why we need
to rush.

availability of transport services usually affect the promptness of our deliveries. Nevertheless,
our shipment usually takes 3 days to a week before arrival.
