çré-rädhikä-kuëòa-mukunda-kuëòe
lävanya—of beauty; vanya—of the flood; ämåta—nectar; çuddha—pure;
kändaù—origin; çobhä—of splendor; samudra—ocean; atiçaya—great;
asayau—reservoirs; ye—which; mädhurya—in mädhurya-rasa; caryä—
devotional service; caya—abundance; cäru—charming; müle—roots;
çré—rädhikä—kuëòa—Rädhä-kuëòa; mukunda-kuëòe—and Çyäma-
kuëòa.
Çyäma-kuëòa and Rädhä-kuëòa are two great floods of the nectar
of beauty. They are two great oceans of splendor. They are two
beautiful roots from which sweet devotional service grows.

dvayos tayoù prema-maëé khané ye
viläsa-ratnävali-valli-béje
rasaika-rüpe madhura-svarüpe
kià tau lasantau sarasé bhavantau
dvayoù—both; tayoù—of them; prema—of pure love; maëi—with
the jewels; khané—two mines; ye—which; viläsa—of transcendental
pastimes; ratna—of jewels; avali—series; valli—of the creeper; béje—
the seed; rasa—nectarean mellows; eka—sole; rüpe—forms; madhura—
sweet; svarüpe—forms; kim—how is it; tau—they; lasantau—splendidly
manifest; sarasé—two lakes; bhavantau—are.
They are two jewel-mines of love. They are two seeds from which
grow the jewel-vines of transcendental pastimes. How did they
become two splendid and nectar-sweet lakes?
