              Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Peserta Didik di Masa Pandemi
                Covid-19 Melalui Konseling Kelompok Dengan Menggunakan
                             Strategi Self Management di Kelas XI MM

           Abstrak

           Sejak Maret 2020, pemerintah menetapkan penyebaran virus corona menjadi status pandemi.
           Awal-awal  pandemi  peserta  didik  diwajibkan  Belajar  Dari  Rumah  (BDR).  Tetapi  sejak
           memasuki  tahun  ajaran  baru  2020/2021,  Kepala  SMK  Negeri  1  Kemlagi  menetapkan
           pembelajaran  dilaksanakan  secara  blended  learning.  Pelaksanaan  pembelajaran  yang  belum
           normal  menyebabkan  peserta  didik  mengalami  penurunan  motivasi  belajar.  Hal  inilah  yang
           melatarbelakangi  peneliti  untuk  mengangkat  topik  ini  dalam  penelitian.  Adapun  tujuan
           penelitian  untuk  mengetahui  signifikansi  layanan  konseling  kelompok  dengan  strategi  self
           management dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar di masa pandemi covid-19. Ada 8 peserta
           didik  yang  dijadikan  subjek  penelitian  berdasarkan  peringkat  gejala  masalah  yang  dialami.
           Penelitian  ini  dirancang  dalam  2  siklus  dan  masing-masing  siklus  terdiri  dari  4  pertemuan.
           Pada  pra  siklus  100%  sampel  masuk  kriteria  motivasi  belajar  rendah,  setelah  dilaksanakan
           siklus I ada 38 peserta didik yang mengalami peningkatan menjadi motivasi belajar sedang.
           Hasil  dari  pelaksanaan  siklus  II  menunjukkan  50%  peserta  didik  masuk  kriteria  motivasi
           belajar sedang dan 38% memiliki motivasi belajar tinggi. Hal ini berarti konseling kelompok
           dengan  strategi  self  management  bisa  meningkatkan  motivasi  belajar  peserta  didik  di  masa
           pandemi covid-19.

           Abstract

           The  government  stated the  spread  of  corona  virus  since  March  2020  become  the  pandemic
           status. At the beginning of the pandemic time, the students had to study at home. But, in the
           new academic year of 2020/2021, the headmaster of SMKN 1 kemlagi stated that the learning
           system at school can be in the form of a blended learning. The learning process caused the
           students  experienced  a  declination  of  learning  motivation.  Thus,  the  researcher  made  the
           declining motivation of the students of SMKN 1 kemlagi, class of XI MM during the covid 19
           pandemic era as the background of the research. This research aimed to know the significant of
           group councelling with self management strategy to increase students motivation during covid
           19 pandemic era. There were 8 students who became the subjects of this research, based on the
           level of the problem faced by the students. The research was conducted into 2 cycles action,
           and each cycle consisted of 4 meeting. In pre-cycle stage, 100 % students had low level of
           learning  motivation.  After  the  first  cycle,  there  were  38  students  who  got  an  increasing
           motivation into medium level in learning motivation. The result of cycle 2 showed that 50 %
           students came into medium level of learning motivation and 38 % was in the high level. It is
