Failure phenomenon list

Use the list below to help you find the reasons of failures. The number represents the order of failure reason
possibility. Check each part according to the order and replace it when necessary

Failure phenomenon Possible reason Failure elimination

1. Vehicle(overloaded) possible reasons Follow the rated load, eliminate failure
Body sunken failure
2. Spring (no strength) Replace the plate spring
phenomenon
3. Absorber (worn) Replace the absorber

Front wheel swinging 2. Spring (no strength) Replace the front plate spring

3. Absorber (worn) Replace the absorber
1. Plate spring broken due to overloaded or driving
Follow the rated load and adjust the speed

2. U-bots loose or plate pin and bushing worn
Tighten the U-bolt according to the specified
