l. Remove the front plate spring assembly from the rear of the front axle.
Caution
DI
As the front plate spring assembly is heavy, removal can be done with a assistant.

4.Disassemble the front plate spring assembly

a. Remove the clamp fixing bolt of plate spring assembly,

remove the bolt and clamp.

b. Remove the center bolt of the front plate spring
assembly. ST
c. Take off the plate springs one by one
Caution BR

• Check if the central bolt is deformed. If yes, replace
it timely. BW
• Check if there are cracks and/or scratches on the

plate spring. If yes, replace it timely EL
d. Run out of plate spring bushing

• Check if the plate spring bushing is worn. If yes,
replace it.

5. Check the front plate spring

a. The first, second plate spring fracture from the spring eye.

Reason and method of adjustment

• Do not load as specified, overloaded (use the vehicle
properly).
