c. Install the plate spring bushing.

d. Install each plate spring to the central bolt one by one AX
e. Install the center bolt lock nut of front plate spring and
tighten. FR
Torque: 106~130N•m
Caution ST
Before tightening the central bolt, press down tightly
the middle of plate spring. Tighten the central
BR
bolt when all the plate springs get together
f. Install plate spring clamp and fixing bolt and tighten BW
them.
Torque: 41~56N•m

g. Use a feeler to check the gap between the inner side of
card code and two sides of plate spring
Gap for reference: 1-2mm
7. Install the front plate spring
a. Lift the front plate spring assembly to the mounting
position and place it steady.
b. Apply a suitable amount of grease to the front plate
spring pin.
