Front Shock Absorber IN

Check and repair

1. Park the car on a smooth surface so that both ends of the axle are level and enable the parking brake system.
2. Flip over the cab EG

3. Remove front shock absorber

a. Remove the upper fixing bolts and nuts from the front
shock absorber.

b. Remove the lower shaft fixing nut of front shock
absorber and remove the front shock absorber assembly BR
and washer from lower shaft pin.

c. Remove the upper and lower rubber sleeve of shock
absorbers.
Caution
• Clean the removed parts with kerosene and a soft brush
to see if the parts are damaged. If found seriously
damaged or worn parts, replace immediately.

• It is forbidden to wash the rubber components of
shock absorber with gasoline.

4. Check the shock absorber

a. Fix the lower end of the shock absorber, compress and
stretch the shock absorber by hand, check if the shock
absorber has abnormal vibration and the operation
resistance is normal. If there is any abnormality, replace
the shock absorber.
