b. Oil leakage of shock absorber.
Reason and method of adjustment
• The shock absorber is not installed properly (replace the absorber and adjust the absorber position correctly).
Model of absorber not correct (replace with correct model of absorber)
• Improper use, overload of shock absorbers, damaged or premature wear of seals (replacement of shock
absorbers, proper use of vehicles, replacement of seals).
• The seal is worn out normally (replace the absorber, replace the seal).

c. The shock absorber is pulled off.
Reason and method of adjustment

• The shock absorber is not installed properly, for example, the shock absorber is installed too high (replace
the shock absorber and adjust the mounting position of shock absorber correctly).
Model of absorber not correct (replace with correct model of absorber)
• Improper use, such as high speed, high-speed across pits, ditches, banks and other obstacles on poor roads
(replace the shock absorber and use the vehicle properly).
d. Absorber bent (piston rod or body bent), concave of the body, dust cover damaged.
Reason and method of adjustment

Model of absorber not correct (replace with correct model of absorber)
• The shock absorber is not installed properly and the position of bracket on the shock absorber is too low
(replace the shock absorber and install the shock absorber correctly).
e. Rubber sleeve of shock absorber wear.
Reason and method of adjustment

• The absorber pin is loose (fasten the absorber pin and
replace the absorber rubber sleeve).
• Rubber sleeve of shock absorber aged, deformed,
cracked (replace rubber sleeve of shock absorber ).
• Normal wear (replace rubber sleeve of shock absorber).

5. Install front shock absorber
a. Install rubber sleeve of shock absorber.

b. Install the lower end of front shock absorber to the
lower shaft pin, install the washer and the fixing nut and
fasten.
Torque: 199~243N•m
