h. Install the plate spring lifting lug assembly and

adjusting shims, install the front plate spring pin and
lifting lug assembly pin. DI

i. Turn the pin to adjust the position of the pin, fix the bolt AX
and nut on the back of front plate spring and fasten it.
Torque: 113~138N•m FR

j. Install the bent-neck grease nipple of rear pin of front
BW
plate spring.

k. Point the grease gun to the neck of the bent-type
EL
grease nipple and fill a proper amount of lithium-based
grease.

l. When filling is complete, use a wrench to tighten the
bent-type grease nipple.

m. Install the u-bolt of front plate spring, front bumper
block, the front plate spring cover in turn.

n. Install the u-bolt fixing nut of front plate spring, and

pre-tighten the nut diagonally.

o. Use a torque wrench to tighten the u-bolt fixing nut of front plate spring diagonally.

Caution

After tightening, the bolt shall expose three threads from the nut. Often check the tightness of bolt.
