Front Plate Spring IN

Check and repair DI
1. The support will be placed in the middle of the front axle, lifting the support so that the front
wheel off the ground slightly. EG
Caution
Support must be placed in the middle of the top for jacking, which cannot be biased. Put the iron
stool under both sides of the frame immediately after jacking up, . TR

2. Place the safety stool under the front of the frame, put down support slowly.

3. Remove the front plate spring

a. Remove the lower shaft fixing nut of front shock FR
absorber and remove the front shock absorber from lower
shaft pin.

b. Remove the lower shaft fixing nut of front shock
absorber on the plate side and remove the front shock

absorber lower pin and washer.
a. Remove the u-bolt fixing nut of front plate spring, take
BW
off the u-bolt of front plate spring, the front plate spring
cover and the front bumper block.
Caution EL

Do not damage the thread when dismounting.

d. Disassemble the bent-neck grease nipple of plate
spring pin on the rear end of front plate spring.

e. Disassemble the fixing bolts and nuts of plate spring
pin on the rear end of front plate spring.
