1. Check the front shock absorber
DI
a. If abnormal continuous vibration is found on the front

of the vehicle during driving (especially on bad roads),
check whether the front shock absorber is damaged. EG
Caution

First check the shock absorber for oil leakage. TR
Leakage generally occurs at two locations, one is the

shock absorber rod, and the other is the cylinder nut. AX
Oil leakage should be solved immediately to ensure

the damping effect.

b. After driving on a bad road surface (usually over
10km), stop the car and check the exterior temperature of
ST
the front shock absorber on both sides.

Method of judgement
BR
• If the external temperature of shock absorber is higher
than the air temperature, the shock absorber is normal.
• If the shock absorber temperature is lower than the air BW
temperature, it means there is no resistance and has no vibration
reduction effect. It needs to be removed and replaced.
EL
• If the one temperature is high, and the other low and the
difference is large, it means that the resistance on the
one with lower temperature is much lower than the
one with higher temperature. Therefore, the one with

lower temperature must be removed and replaced.

2. Check the front plate spring

a. Use a torque wrench to measure the tightening torque

of u-bolt of the front plate spring
Torque:

Model 16T and 22T 260~300N•m

Model 25 T 400~450N•m

b. Use a feeler to check the gap between the card code
and the two sides of plate spring
Gap for reference: 1-2mm
