e. Remove the connecting nuts between the dryer and

four-circuit protection valve and remove the four-circuit
protection valve from the dryer. DI

3. Dryer check AX

a. Place the dryer onto the test bench and connect the air

inlet and outlet pipes.
Caution
The air outlet of the dryer needs blocking. ST

b. Turn on the air source switch and fill into the dryer the

air at the specified pressure. Check whether the outside
of the dryer leaks. If there is any leakage, repair or
change the dryer. BW
c. Check whether the dryer leaks by smearing soap water
onto the dryer or putting it into water.

4. Install the dryer assembly.

a. Install the four-circuit protection valve onto the dryer and install the fixing nuts and tighten them.

b. Install the dryer onto its support. Install and tighten the
dryer support fixing bolts.
Torque: 86~103N•m

c. Install the dryer's inlet pipe and tighten its connector
nuts.
Caution

Coat sealant at the thread of air pipe joint.
