Change
1. Open the door and remove the glass lifter handle

a. Cling the glass regulator handle circlip position with a
strip of cloth. Pull up with two hands alternately to take off
the circlip of glass regulator handle

2. Remove the Interial Door guard assembly (see “Chapter BW Body - Inner and Outer Trims –
Interial Door Guard, Replacement”)
3. Remove the subwoofer (see “Chapter EL Electrical System - Electrical Components - Audio System -
Speakers, Replacement”)

4. Remove the door waterproof film
a. Slowly remove the door waterproof film.

b. Remove the remaining waterproof film adhesive on the
door with a plastic shovel.
Caution
Do not damage the door waterproof film as possibel for
reuse.

5. Remove the door glass rail

a. Ascend the glass to the highest position using the glass
regulator handle.
Caution

Do not need to install the glass lifter handle spring. Do
not lift the door glass too fastly to prevent the glass from
impect on the door frame or lifter handle from falling
off.
b. Remove the door glass rail mounting bolts.

c. Turn the door glass rail to the appropriate angle and
remove the door glass rail.
Caution

Inspect the rail for collision deformation; if any, repair it
or replace it with a new one.
