              Glass and rearview mirror
              Overview
              1. The automotive glass is an essential part of the body accessories, to play mainly a protective role. At
present, the automotive glass is based on laminated tempered glass and laminated local tempered glass,
to withstand a strong impact. The Tempered glass refers to that the ordinary glass is quenched to form certain
inner stress in the inner structure, so as to increase the strength; in case of impact breakage, the glass can be
broken into small pieces with blunt edges, so as to avoid any injury. A good automotive glass gives the driver
a clearer view, and the side glass is secured into the frame with adhesive, which can provide a better glass
retention and increase the frame strength.
              2. The automobile rearview mirror is an active automobile safety device, and a mandatory test item specified
in the national standards, its indexes must meet the requirements specified in the national standards, to ensure
that the driver can observe clearly and effectively the views and abnormities on both sides and at rear of the
vehicles from the rear-view mirrors, so as to reduce accident hiddens.
              Precautions

              1. When cleaning the window glass with detergent, the operator must wear the appropriate protective
applications, to avoid the injury of skin and eyes.
              2. Before painting the primer, prepare first the process agent, shake aluminum container by hand at
least 2min before use, thinnerly and evenly paint the process agnent on the bonding surface with a
brush; and do not use the process agent exposed for over 2h in the air.
              3. The surface to be bonded must be dry, free from putty and other dirts.

              4. After the primer is painted, dry it for 5min.
              5. When the glass is installed, its front and rear positions should be aligned with the marks (for the
removed glass, but the new glass need not be marked); the time period from the sealant application to
the glass installation should not exceed 15min, the thickness of the sealant layer should be 4 ~ 6mm; the
excess sealant should be removed with the detergent in time; the glass should not be moved after it is
bonded and before is completely secured.
