7. Remove the glass lifter assembly
a. Remove the glass lifter mounting bolts.
b. Adjust the glass lifter assembly to a appropriate angle and
remove it from the door frame.

Caution
The glass regulator shall avoid knocking on the door
frame as much as possible.

8. Inspect the glass lifter assembly

a. Inspect the glass lifter for deformation.
b. Inspect the glass lifter gear teeth for damage.
c. Crank the handle shaft, to inspect if for smooth operation,
no “Click” sound.

9. Install the glass lifter assembly
a. Adjust the glass lifter assembly to a appropriate angle and
place it in the assembly position of door frame.

Caution
The glass regulator shall avoid knocking on the door
frame as much as possible.
b. Align the mounting bolt hole on the glass lifter with the

mounting hole on the door frame.
c. Install and tighten the glass lifter mounting bolt.
Torque: 6~9N•m

10. Install the door glass assembly
a. Rotate the door glass to a appropriate angle, insert it onto
the door frame, and align the bolt mounting hole on the
glass catch with the door glass lifter mounting hole.
Caution

Be careful when installing the door glass, to prevent the
door glass from impect on the door frame and door
frame edges, resulting in arm scratches; handle the door
glass, to avoild any damage.
