5. Install the wheel fender on the body IN
a. Install the upper fender on the engine, and install and
tighten the mounting bolts. DI

b. Install front wheel front fender, and install and tighten the

6. Install the wheel fender

a. Install the fender bracket onto the frame, and install and

tighten the mounting bolts.

b. Install the rear wheel fender onto the bracket, and install
and tighten the mounting bolts.

c. Install the intake filter assembly (see “Chapter EG Engine
Section - Engine - Intake System – Air Filter,
Replacement”)

d. Install the manual body flip pump assembly (see “Chapter

BW Body - Cab Flip and Lock Mechanism - Cab Flip

Mechanism, Replacement”).

e. Install the wheel anti-splash board and pressing plate, and
install and tighten the mounting bolts and nuts.
