f. Remove the mounting bolts on air conditioning box
assembly air duct outlet.

g. Remove the blower assembly mounting bolts and nuts on
the dashboard mounting beam welding assembly.

h. Remove the mounting bolts at left and right of the
dashboard mounting beam welding assembly, and remove
the dashboard mounting beam assembly from the cab.

8. Inspect the dashboard mounting beam welding assembly for any breakage, damage, deformation, or
etc.; if any, replace the dashboard mounting beam welding assembly

9. Install the dashboard mounting beam welding
assembly
a. Install dashboard mounting beam welding assembly into
cab.

b. Install and tighten the mounting bolts at left and right of
the dashboard mounting deam welding assembly.
