EG - 56 Engine section – Engine (Cummins ISF3.8)

Change
1. Park the vehicle above the trench

2. Use a gantry crane to tightly hold the engine
Caution

The replacement ways on left and right sides of the engine suspension are the same, and the right side is
based on the left side

3. Disassemble the starting cushion
a. Disassemble the fixing bolts of the front suspension
cushion assembly of the engine and the front support of the
engine.

b. Disassemble the fixing bolts of the front suspension
cushion assembly of the engine and the bracket of the
engine and remove the front suspension cushion assembly of
the engine.

c. Disassemble the fixing bolts of the rear damping cushion
assembly of the engine and the rear support of the engine.
d. Disassemble the fixing bolts of the rear damping cushion
assembly of the engine and the bracket of the engine and
remove the rear damping cushion assembly of the engine.

4. Install the damping cushion of the engine

a. Install the fixing bolts of the front suspension cushion
assembly of the engine and the front support of the engine
