Camshaft IN
Change
1. Dismount the engine assembly DI

2. Dismount the flywheel housing
3. Disassemble the cylinder head cover EG
4. Disassemble the tappet

5. Loosen the installation fastener ① of the air TR
compressor and remove the two bolts fixing the air
compressor bracket ② AX

6. Push the wooden pin rod into each tappet. The soft BR
faced hammer may be used to push the location pin into
the tappet BW

Caution
If it is properly installed, the tappet can be pulled up by EL
the location pin and a considerable amount of force is
needed to pull it out.

7. Pull each valve tappet until it touches the cylinder.
Wrap around the two location pins with a rubber band.
This allows the tappet to disengage the camshaft

8. Remove the mounting bolts and crankcase respirator
from the camshaft gear wheel
Caution

The two bolts fixing the crankcase breather to the
camshaft gear wheel are longer than the four mounting
bolts of the camshaft gear wheel.
