5. Remove the sealing ring of the air cylinder cover from
the air cylinder cover

6. Loosen the locking nuts of the adjusting screw of the AX
valve and adjust the adjusting screw

7. Disassemble the fixing bolts of the rockshaft seat and BW
remove the bridging pressing plate and the rocker arm
assembly
Caution EL
• Each one disassembled shall be marked with a location.
• For continued use, the bridging pressing plate and the
rocker arm assembly must be installed in their original
position and orientation.

8. Remove the tappet

Caution

When removing the tappet, it is necessary to mark the
installation location, and the tappet must be installed in
its original location and orientation.

9. Check whether there are wears, strains or other
damages at the tappet ends. Check whether there is
crack in the ball head and the seat pressing ejector
sleeve.
