g. Replace the camshaft bushing

• Remove the camshaft bushing by the replacer kit of the
camshaft bushing. This tool drives the camshaft bushing to DI
the inside of the cylinder body. The camshaft bushing can be
got back from the bottom of the engine.

Caution

Once it is disassembled, camshaft bushing cannot be TR
used again.

• Check the diameter of the camshaft hole without camshaft AX
bushing.

Maximum: 59.248mm
Camshaft hole (camshaft bushing not installed before) ST

Maximum: 54.164mm

• Mark the camshaft bushing and cylinder with a felt tip pen
BW
to align the oil hole in the cylinder with the large oil hole in

the bushing.

• Slide the camshaft bushing on the replacer. Align the
markings on the camshaft bushing and cylinder body. Push
the camshaft bushing to the correct installation depth. The
correct mounting depth is when the camshaft bushing end is
parallel to the cylinder machining surface and when the oil

hole is aligned with the oil hole of the cylinder.

• Make sure to align the large oil hole. The rod with a
diameter of 3.2mm can pass through the oil hole.
