25. Check whether there is scratching or strain in the
conduit of the valve seat and measure the inner diameter
of the valve conduit

Diameter of the conduit hole of the valve:
Minimum: 7.027mm
Maximum: 7.077mm

If the wear range of the conduit hole of the valve is out of
the specified maximum, or if it is detected that the valve
guide-bar is damaged, the cylinder cover must be replaced.
26. Check whether the valve is damaged and the locking
plate slot of the valve is worn. Measure the outer
diameter of the valve stem, if it does not meet the
standard, the valve shall be replaced.

Outer diameter of valve stem:
Minimum: 6.96mm
Maximum: 7.01mm

Caution
Measure each valve stem in three times at the places
with the distances of 40 mm, 90 mm and 140 mm from
the top of the valve stem respectively.

27. Measure the valve spring. Place a try square near the
spring and measure the approximate free length of the
clearance at the top spring coil (L): 47.75mm
Maximum inclination: 1.5mm

28. Compress the valve spring with the valve spring
tester. Compress the spring to a height of 35.33 mm, and
the load to be exerted is between 320.8 N and 358.8 N
