e. If it is necessary to grind the valve, measure the thickness
of the head edge materials to make sure that the edge
material is sufficient.
Limit of thickness of valve head edge: minimum:
0.79mm

If the valve thickness is not within the limits, a new valve
must be used.

f. Lubricate and install the valve.
Caution
If the installed valve is the same as the previously
removed valve, the new valve must be installed in the
same location where the valve was removed.

g. Install a new oil seal of valve stem in the same type and
color at the same location as the disassembly with the valve
installation tool.

h. Install the valve spring and valve spring seat.

i. Use a special tool to compress the valve spring and install
the valve lock clamp.
