3.Test injector

a. Install the injector on the injector test bench and press the
handle of the injection tester in 4 ~ 6 times / s to check
whether there are particles flying out, dripping, abnormal
spraying direction and so on. Maintain the injection
pressure at 21.0MPa, if there is no leakage, the injector is in
good conditions. The opening pressure is 27~28MPa, if
there is abnormity, the injector components shall be repaired
or replaced.

b. The oil injection is shown in the left figure and the poorly
atomized injector shall be adjusted and overhaul.

4. Install the injector

a. Place the injector and the fixing block in the installation
position, install the bolts and fasten them.
Torque: 65~78N•m

b. Install the harness bolts and nuts of the injector and
tighten them.

c. Place the valve chamber cover in the installation position,
install the bolts and tighten them.
Torque: 17~23N•m
