EG - 158 Engine section – Engine (Cummins ISF3.8)

e. Install the oil pump cover, install the fixing screws and
fasten them.
Torque: 12~15N•m

4. Install the oil pump

a. Install the oil seal of the camshaft and the front oil seal of
the crankshaft with the oil seal installation tool.

b. Install the oil pump assembly and gasket, install the
fixing bolts and fasten them.
Torque: 45~59N•m

c. Install the oil sump tank. (See Chapter EG "Engine Parts -
Engine - Lubrication System- Oil Sump Tank,
Replacement")

d. Install the belt pulley of the crankshaft, install the fixing
bolts and tighten them.
Torque: 65~79N•m

e. Install the driving belt.

5. Fill the engine oil (see "Chapter EG Engine Section - Engine - Lubrication System - Engine Oil,
Replacement")
