3. Overhaul the oil pump

a. Disassemble the fixing screws of the oil pump cover.

b. Measure the tip clearance of the active rotor and the
driven rotor of the oil pump with a feeler gauge, if the limit FR
value is exceeded, replace the oil pump.
Limit clearance: 0.0450.086mm ST

c. Measure the clearance of the driven rotor of the oil pump
and the oil pump housing with a feeler gauge, if the limit EL
value is exceeded, replace the oil pump.

d. Measure the top clearance between the 2 rotors and the
oil pump housing with a feeler gauge and a precision ruler.
If the limit is exceeded, replace the oil pump.
Limit clearance: 0.098~0.16mm
