2. Check the oil cooler

a. Check whether the oil cooler is damaged.

• Seal the side of the oil cooler with a pressure plate and

connect the water pipe to the other side and see whether the

oil cooler body is damaged.

b. Check whether the oil cooler is clogged. AX
• Connect the oil cooler to the water pipe on one side and
apply pressure to see whether the water is unobstructed on FR
the other side.
Caution ST
After testing, clean the oil cooler and dry it with the
compressed air.

3. Install the oil cooler BW

a. Replace and install the seal ring of the oil cooler.

b. Install the oil cooler, install the fixing bolts and tighten
them.
Torque: 65~79N•m

c. Install the water pump with oil cooler seat assembly and
gasket, install the fixing bolts and tighten them.

Torque: 65~79N•m
