Engine oil cooler

Caution
• Check whether the oil cooler is damaged when oil is mixed in the engine coolant.

• Check whether the oil cooler is blocked when the engine oil pressure is abnormal.

1. Disassemble the oil cooler
a. Remove the oil filter. (See "Chapter EG Engine Section -
Engine - Lubrication System - Oil Filter, Replacement")

b. Remove the driving belt.

c. Disconnect small circulation water pipe of the engine and
water inlet pipe of the air compressor.

d. Disassemble the fixing bolts of the water pump with the
oil cooler seat assembly and remove the water pump with
the oil cooler seat assembly and gasket.

e. Remove the fixing bolts of the oil cooler and remove the
oil cooler and seal ring.
