Cooling fan IN
Change
1. Flip over the cab DI

2. Disassemble the cooling fan

a. Disassemble the fixing bolts of the silicone oil clutch fan
assembly and remove the silicone oil clutch fan assembly.
b. Disassemble the fixing bolts of the cooling fan and TR
remove the cooling fan from the silicone oil clutch.

3. Check the cooling fan

a. Check whether there are cracks, deficiencies and other damages in the fan, if any, the fan shall be replaced. ST

4. Install the cooling fan

a. Turn the tensioner and remove the driving belt and fan

belt pulley.

b. Place the cooling fan and fan belt pulley in the

installation position, install the fixing bolts and tighten
them.

c. Turn the tensioner and install the driving belt.
