EG - 178 Engine section – Engine (Cummins ISF3.8)

Radiator

Change
1. Flip over the cab
2. Discharge the coolant
3. Disassemble the expansion tank and expansion drum (see "Chapter EG Engine Section - Engine -
Cooling System - Expansion Tank, Expansion Drum, Replacement")

4. Disassemble the radiator

a. Disconnect the water inlet hose of the radiator.

b. Disconnect the water outlet hose of the radiator.

c. Disconnect the air inlet hose of the intercooler.

d. Disconnect the air outlet hose of the intercooler.
