Observe the thermometer, heat the water in the
container to 70 ~ 80℃, and the thermostat shall be EG
gradually opened. If the thermostat is not open, the
thermostat is damaged, and it is necessary to replace it. TR

d. Check whether there is crack or hardening in the seal ring
of the thermostat, if any, the seal ring shall be replaced FR

4. Install the thermostat

a. Place the thermostat in the installation position, install the
thermostat cover and fasten it with a bolt.

b. Install the hoop of the water inlet pipe of the radiator.
