Thermostat
Change
1. Flip over the cab

2. Disassemble the thermostat

a. Disassemble the hoop of the water inlet hose of the
radiator.
Caution
Disconnect the water pipe after the coolant is
completely cooled down.

b. Dismount the fixing bolts of thermostat cover and
take off the cover
c. Take off the thermostat

3. Check the thermostat

a. Check whether there is damage outside the
thermostat.
Caution

Check whether the thermostat is with cracks and
embedded with debris, the one-way ball valve is
lost and the seat and other parts are damaged. If
any damage is found, replace the thermostat.

b. Place the thermostat and a thermometer with a
range of 100℃ in a water-holding vessel.
Caution

Do not allow thermostat or thermometer to
contact container.
