5. Check the radiator

a. Check whether there is leakage in the radiator. Block the
other outlets of the radiator with a block cover. When a
certain pressure liquid is injected into the radiator, there
shall be no leakage in the radiator. If the radiator leaks,
please timely repair or replace it.

b. Check whether there is dirt outside the radiator. The
insects, dirt, leaves and other obstructions on the radiator
will reduce the cooling capacity of the cooling system, it is
necessary to check whether the cooling fin is blocked often,
if it is blocked, the compressed air can be used to clean the
radiator surface thoroughly, and the lower water pressure
can be used.

c. Clean the radiator interior with water.

d. Check whether the radiator fin is damaged, if damaged, it
shall be repaired or replaced.

6. Install the radiator

a. Install the intercooler onto the radiator, install the bolts
and tighten them.
