f. Disassemble the fixing bolts and nuts of the expansion

tank and remove the expansion tank.

4. Install the expansion tank AX

a. Place the sub-tank in the installation position and install
the bolts and nuts and tighten them. FR
Torque: 21~25N•m

b. Install the degassing hose on the radiator and tighten the
BW
strap

c. Use a ribbon to fix the degassing hose of radiator on the
EL
auxiliary water tank

d. Install the filling hose of the expansion tank and tighten
the hose hoop.

e. Install the deaeration hoses of the engine and the radiator
connected to the expansion tank and tighten the hose hoop.
