EG - 188 Engine section – Engine (Cummins ISF3.8)

Cooling pipeline

Change
1. Flip over the cab
2. Discharge the coolant in the radiator

3. Remove the inlet hose of radiator

a. Remove the hose collar of inlet hose of radiator on the
radiator.

b. Remove the hose collar of inlet hose of radiator on the
engine
c. Remove the fixed bolts for the hose collar of inlet hose of
radiator and remove the inlet hose of radiator.

4. Remove the inlet hose II of engine
a. Remove the hose collar of the inlet hose II of engine

b. Remove the inlet hose II of engine

5. Remove the inlet steel tube of engine

a. Remove the hose collar connected on the inlet steel tube
of engine and remove the hose.
①- Engine water inlet hose
②- Heating pipe of urea tank

③-auxiliary tank water hose
④-heating water hose

b. Remove the inlet steel tube of engine.
